API details to get the Alerts details from Solarwinds

Hello team,

I am trying to get all alerts and alerts details from Solarwinds from API, i am trying below API URL but its saying invalid URI as i think i am missing some part of the API URL.

And also i need full details like how to update the Alert details using the API.

https://PrimaryOrionServer:17778/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json/Invoke/Orion.AlertActive
