At the advice of .. someone @ SolarWinds, we've set up a custom Device Muting workflow, and it works great when our users use the Cmdlets we've written. Unfortunately, some people are going in and setting our Custom mute [this node] property to true and forgetting to set the 'Duration' field. Thus, nodes are getting muted for weeks and even months because without the duration field set to some number of minutes, it can't/won't be 'un-set' / un-muted automatically.
